Here are 4 things you can do to keep your brain to avoid the dullness due to aging, stress, work, etc. 
 
1. reading
 
Besides expanding knowledge and information, reading can also help improve brain function. 2009 research conducted by experts at the Mayo Clinic shows that reading a positive influence, especially in middle-aged adults and older. Reading books and other cognitive activities can reduce the risk of mild cognitiveimpairment (MCI), which is associated with Alzheimer's disease. 
 
2. Walking and looking around 
 
Sharpen the brain functions can be done in a simple manner, such as walking. Try walking around your home environment and record everything you see. After I got home, back to reconstruct in detail the route and all sorts of things that you see. 
 
3. Learning something new 
 
Doing a new activity and you've never done before, especially that stimulate the brain works you should try. Playing chess or  puzzle is one form of the game quite challenging your cognitive function. "The brain is a machine learning and basically need to learn new ones. 
 
4. Join social activities
