Benefits and content in the apple.

Substances contained in apples was necessary for our bodies to prevent and combat various diseases.

Here are the contents and benefits of the apple:
 
a. Rich in vitamin 
Apples are rich in vitamin content. Some vitamins are found in apples such as vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, vitamin C.

b. Mineral-rich
Apples contain many minerals. Minerals in apple fruit includes calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, and zinc.
 
c. Phytochemicals
Apples also contain phytochemicals. Phytochemicals are antioxidants to fight free radicals that come from pollution or the environment. It also serves to reduce the amount of bad cholesterol (LDL) that can cause blockage of blood vessels.
 
d. Fiber-rich
Apples are rich in fiber, so it is good for people who are in diet program. This is because the high fiber which prevents hunger comes more quickly.
Fiber to reduce fat and cholesterol.
Apples contain fiber which is useful binding fat and cholesterol in the body for later disposal.

e. Tannins
Apples also contain tannins. Tannins are substances that serve to clean and freshen the mouth, thus preventing tooth decay and gum disease.

f. Baron
In the apple there is a baron. Baron serves to maintain the amount of estrogen in the body of a woman.
 
g. Flavoid
One of the good content of apple fruit to prevent the disease is flavoid. Flavoid is a substance that functions reduce cancer risk. 
 
h. D-glucaric acid
D-glucaric acid is a substance that can lowers cholesterol levels. D-glucaric acid is also contained in apples.

i. Quercetin
Quercetin is a substance needed to raise levels of antioxidants that the body feels healthy and prevent various diseases. Apples contain quercetin.
 
j. Acid tartar
Inside there is also a sour apple tartar. Acid tartar which can nourishes the digestive tract, because these substances are capable of killing bacteria in the digestive tract.
