Improve fitness is very good for the heart, lungs, bones, and joints. The benefit also may lower the risk of heart attack, diabetes, high blood pressure, and some types of cancer. Exercising will also help the body to control a variety of other health problems so that your body feel better.

The following is a physical activity is needed to stay healthy heart:

Perform aerobic activity is in its early stages for at least 150 minutes per week. This activity can be done in any way preferred. It could be by:

Walking for 11 minutes twice a day on a regular basis or 22 minutes every day.
Take a walk in 30 minutes 3 ​​days a week and on four days rest condition with a 15 minute walk.
Take a walk for 45 minutes every day.
 

It could also make the activity more like running a minimum weight of 75 minutes a week. This activity makes breathing easier and faster heartbeat than at rest. This activity can be done in any way preferred. It could also:

Ran for 25 minutes 3 times a week.
Ran for 15 minutes 5 times a week.
 

The kids need more activity. Encourage children aged 6-17 years would exercise in moderate to severe degree at least 1 hour every day.

One way to find out how hard the exercise is done is to measure heart rate. Active heart rate not only helps maintain a healthy heart and lungs, but also helps the body stay fit.
