When the new year comes every person must have a resolution to accomplish, not least for men. This is it healthy for a man 5 resolution.

Small study conducted by John C. Norcross, PhD, a professor of psychology at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania showed at least 40 percent of men have a health resolution.

there are 5 healthy resolution that can be done by men in 2012:

1. Having a fit and healthy body
When men want to have a physically fit tend to aim to reduce fat in the abdomen, chest and abdominal muscles. To reach men need a balanced program of strength training (which involves all major muscle groups) and aerobic (burn help expend energy and calories). In addition, good nutrition is also important for the success of fitness, so the result is best.

2. Consider the food consumed
