Ten Ways to Be Happy At Work.  

1. Smile, There are seven veins to smile, then smile and smile and hold at any time to anyone. The more you feel less comfortable, the more you need to smile. Mark twain once said that the best way to create a happy atmosphere is to make others happy.

2. Practice smiling in front of the mirror. Ensure, that appropriate eye and mouth.

3. Tell yourself that you are the person who is always cheerful, and fun that eventually becomes a habit. For example, try making a positive statement: I am cheerful and I like to smile.

4. Wear the technique of "stop" to avoid the cynical and negative thinking: Psychologically you should be able to stop your mind when negative thoughts begin to lunge into your mind.

5. Try talking to yourself to be positive, optimistic and willing to except. 

6. make a sort of list of activities or situations that make you feel frustrated, or angry, or an atmosphere that is filled with negative emotions. Then choose a way to avoid that with strong determination and make the results cheerful as possible.

7. Before or on the way to work, turn the cassette or cd a cheerful, beautiful music, or jokes, funny jokes.

8. Remind yourself to showing that for fun, you do not have the atmosphere that was fun. Cheerfulness is a deliberate state of mind. At certain times, select or specify it for granted that you are happy.

9. Start your day by doing well or says something that makes others feel good. Act of pleasing others will also get a fun reaction from other people - that also will make you feel happy.

10. Behave calmly. These wills eliminate stress. If you have that you feel less cheerful, inhale deeply and slowly walk as far as three steps.
