Vitamins Can Improve Your Memory

One's memory can decrease for many reasons, one of the age factor. But forgetfulness showing impairment of memory in the brain could be prevented with some vitamins and nutrients.

Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin E is entries much needed to maintain mental function and memory, especially in elderly or the elderly. A recent study has proven it.

The researchers found that people with the highest blood levels of vitamin 4, the results are considered to have higher cognitive test and have a larger brain volume compared with participants who had low vitamin levels.
