Things not to do after eating:
1. Smoke
Numerous studies have shown that smoking one cigarette after eating food with smoked 10 cigarettes. In this phase, the chance of suffering from cancer would be greater.
2. Eating Fruits
Eating fruits after meals will cause stomach bloating alias is full of air. Fruit is best eaten at least two hours after eating or one hour before meals.
3. Tea
Why is that? Because the tea leaves contain acids that are so high. This will makes the protein substances contained in food which has been engulfed in a difficult to digest.
4. Loosen belts
Most people, especially men who are overweight will loosens the belt after eating food. In fact, these activities are prohibited because it can make the activities of intestinal and digestive systems become irregular.
5. Bath
Bathing will cause an increase in blood flow to the hands, feet, and your body. Thus, the amount of blood around the stomach will be reduced. This will weakens the digestive system in our stomach.
6. Run
Have you ever heard after a meal walk a few step and you will live to age 99? In fact, this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system is unable to absorb nutrients from the food we eat.
7. Do not go to sleep
It is clear, if the activity is done then the food we eat cannot be digested properly. This will cause an infection in your stomach and intestines.
