Tips to Overcome Stomach Bloating

Abdominal bloating due to excessive gas that causes discomfort. Know the ways to overcome flatulence that can happens to anyone.

Excess gas in the intestines and remain silent in the digestive tract trigger flatulence. Though these gases should be removed so it does not accumulate in the abdomen.

Some people will usually try to remove excess gas from the body by removing it through the pass gas or burp.

This can help to maintain the pressure in the intestinal tract to remain low. The average person will release the gas through a fart or burp as much as 14 times a day either consciously or unconsciously.

Causes of flatulence can be a variety, such as the chemical reaction of certain foods that are consumed, thus stimulating the production of excess gas in the intestines, or other digestive disorders such as due to irritable bowel syndrome and constipation. If it is caused by certain diseases usually cause chronic flatulence.

There are several ways a person can do to overcome imbuing stomach, namely:
1. Making changes to diet and lifestyle, one of them choose foods that are easy to digest the body such as potatoes, rice, oranges, grapes and avoid foods that contain high gas (cabbage, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and peas).
2. Some people sometimes have different reactions to certain foods, so it helps one to recognize what foods can make symptoms worse or better.
3. Should eat six small meals than three large meals. Because smaller meals will be easier to digest and produce less gas.
4. Try to chew your food slowly and thoroughly, this is to reduce the amount of air swallowed participate.
5. Try to do exercise that can help improve digestive system and bowel function, as well as reducing gas in the body.
6. Should stop smoking and avoid consumption of chewing gum. Since both of these activities can cause a person to swallow more air than usual and tobacco smoke can interfere with the digestive system.
7. Eating charcoal tablets, because charcoal can absorbs the gas in the digestive system, thereby reducing the symptoms of flatulence. But this tablet will not fit to drink if you are taking any other medicines, because the charcoal will absorbs the drug so that it becomes less effective.
8. Try taking a probiotic is usually a liquid. This will encourages the growth of probiotic friendly bacteria that help the digestive process and reduce the amount of gas in the stomach.
